Ingredients:
- 3 carrots, peeled,julienned
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup or equivalent sweetener
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place in a ceramic container or glass jar and cover.
3. Allow to marinade for 1 hour or more.
Alternative: Use 2 carrots and 1 small daikon.
